GCSE OPTIONS
The National Curriculum is designed to ensure that all students receive a broad, balanced and relevant educational experience. It is a curriculum that aims to challenge all students whatever their ability and fit them for life long learning in an ever changing technological society.
As a Christian community, we also believe that the spiritual and moral dimension of education is essential. The courses we are offering reflect these ideas.

Personal, Social and Health Education includes the study of:
· Citizenship
· Sex Education
· Careers Education
Work-Related Learning comprises three strands:-
· Learning through experience of work
· Learning about work and working practice
· Learning the skills for work
Within Applied Design are four distinct courses from which students may choose one:-
· Three-dimensional Art
· Graphics Products
· Food Technology
· Textiles Technology
